Highveld Coal (Pty) Ltd contributes 26% of its dividends into the Domino Foundation through active commitment in selected projects empowering local communities. Direct funding has been allocated for Fairhaven's Babies Home, Amaoti Feeding Programme, Early Learning Skills for crèches, and Life Skills Initiatives into community schools. In addition Highveld Coal (Pty) Ltd has sponsored various ad-hoc projects as need arises in the Amaoti community, these includes supplying kitchens, funding building projects and creating employment.
